This return policy applies to WellMotion product plans offered on slexironzlo.world and explains how users can request review, cancellation, or adjustment support.
Eligible Return Window
Return requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of product purchase confirmation. Requests must include purchaser name, purchase date, and a short reason so WellMotion can validate records and provide an accurate response.
For product plans already substantially delivered or fully consumed, partial adjustment options may apply instead of full return.
Non Returnable Cases
Returns may be declined when evidence of misuse exists, when duplicated access was shared externally, or when product materials were copied for redistribution. Slexironzlo may also decline requests that conflict with documented delivery completion.
Customized one-time planning sessions initiated and completed on request may be excluded when clearly stated before checkout.
How to Request a Return
Submit a message through the contact form with your purchase details and return request statement. WellMotion reviews requests in order received and typically answers within three business days.
Users may be asked to verify identity details to protect account records and prevent unauthorized claims.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment route where technically possible. Processing time may vary depending on payment provider timelines. Slexironzlo provides confirmation once the refund instruction is released.
Partial refunds may be calculated based on delivered product portions and associated preparation effort.
Product Exchange Alternative
In some cases, users can switch to another WellMotion product plan instead of requesting refund. Exchanges can be useful when schedule type or movement preference changed after purchase.
